Day 01 PULA arrival
Arrival to Pula airport. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 02 PULA – BALE - ROVINJ
Breakfast at the hotel.
Guided visit of Pula. The largest town on the Istrian peninsula offers a diversity of attractions to lovers of culture. While strolling through Pula you will come across numerous monuments of
Roman architecture: the
Triumphal Arch of the Sergi from the 1st century B.C.,
Hercules’ Gate and Twin Gates, the Temple of Augustus, Arena and Small Roman Theatre in the town centre. Lunch in a local restaurant where you will be introduced with some of the famous local specialties such as the
Istrian Minestrone, Fuži – small squares of pasta rolled into tubes and
Istrian prosciutto. Transfer for a
wine session to a small typical Istrian town
Bale built on a hilltop with narrow streets and stone houses that create a special atmosphere. Continuation to
Rovinj. Dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight.
Day 03 ROVINJ – KRUNČIĆI – NOVA VAS – POREČ

Guided visit of Rovinj. One of the most 'photogenic' towns in the Mediterranean, once a fishing town, today is a tourist resort. Feel the enchantment of the town in its narrow medieval streets and warm Mediterranean setting. The main
Church of St. Euphemia keeps relics of the saint and presents one of the most beautiful Baroque achievements in Istria. From the church plateau there is a wonderful view of the open sea and numerous islets in the distance. Transfer to the
village Kruncici for wine degustation and lunch. After lunch the tour continues to
Nova Vas where another wine degustation will be held in one of the most famous wineries in Istria. Late afternoon arrival to
Poreč. Dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight.
Day 04 POREČ – TAR & VABRIGA – NOVIGRAD – UMAG

Guided visit of Poreč. Poreč tourism is more than sun, sea and perfect tourist image. The summer visitors know how to recognize the city that is still keeping its historical values, which can be seen in the historical city center. You can find
museums, galleries in the most valuable city palaces and the famous
Euphrasius' bishopric, opened in the year 2000 as an architectural monument and the church museum. Transfer to
Tar & Vabriga for olive oil tasting. Originally two settlements today are joined into one town separated by the main road connecting Poreč and Novigrad. This is a fertile plateau at a height of 112 meters above sea level, which on one side slopes towards the sea and on the other towards the mouth of the
Mirna River. On a lear, sunny day you can see the Alps and from the top of Tar's bell tower even Venice. This region is famed for its exceptional olive oil.
FAO experts have declared that the
finest olive oil in Europe comes from these very parts, from Larun olive groves below Tar. The tour leads us to
Novigrad, a tourist resort on the west coast of Istria, the town proud of its peacefulness, cordiality and beauty as well as of its rich historical and cultural heritage where lunch will be organized in a local restaurant. The tour continues to
Umag. Upon arrival dinner will be served in a local restaurant. Overnight.
Day 05 UMAG – MOMJAN – BUJE - UMAG
Breakfast at the hotel.
Guided visit of Umag. Umag, the small town and port on the north-western coast of Istria known as the Istrian sports centre, since as the host of the
ATP tournament for many years now, it attracts numerous top world tennis players. Its beneficial features were already recognized by the Romans who turned it into their summer residence. The magnificence and splendor of those times today is reflected in the many Venetian houses in the old part of Umag.
Excursion to the northern Istrian inland. Visit of
Buje and Momjan, an area with wavelike hills covered with vineyards, olive groves and fields sprinkled with oak and pine woods and Mediterranean meadows. The entire region of Buje is the
most famous winegrowing part of Istria with numerous wine cellars and
farmhouses (agro tourism) meals will be served. Return to Umag. Overnight.
Day 06 UMAG – VIŽINADA – MOTOVUN – LIVADE – HUM – OPATIJA
Breakfast at the hotel.Transfer to
Vižinada, where you can witness one of the most beautiful views of the Green and Blue Istria from the hill rising above the
Mirna valley. Walking along the streets of this town you will surely be enchanted by the smell of the cakes during the manifestation
Slatka Istra – Sweet Istria, a festival of homemade traditional pastry. Wine degustation & lunch. Continuation to
Motovun, the most famous and attractive Istrian medieval town. This captivating
hilltop town is one of the characteristic symbols of the Istrian interior. The
Romanesque-Gothic bell tower with a crenulated crown from the 13th century, standing next to the Parish Church of St. Stephen from the 17th century, dominates the town's historic core. Motovun is the perfect venue for a large number of events, the most significant among them being the
International Motovun Film Festival that takes place at the end of July where world-known film artists may be seen. Opposite Motovun stands the charming picturesque town of
Livade, famous for the
Days of Truffles held every year from September to November. Every year in Livade, also known as the
World's truffle centre, a special festival is organized with a contest of choosing the largest truffle.
Truffle & wine tasting will be organized prior dinner. Transfer to
Opatija with a brief stop in
Hum, the smallest city in the world. Overnight in Opatija area.
Day 07 OPATIJA – KVARNER BAY – RABAC – PULA

Visit of Opatija, situated below the mountain and
Nature Park Učka. Beautiful nature, climate, parks, hotels & old Austrian villas, seaside promenade and beaches attract tourists from Europe and all over the world for more than 160 years. The
Opatija Riviera is an elegant string of pearls represented by about ten glamorous localities. Among these pearls are also the shiniest ones – localities that used to attract European aristocracy to Opatija in the past. Lunch in a local restaurant. Drive through the lovely
Kvarner Bay, stop in
Rabac, Wonderful surrounding, lovely pebbly beach, pleasant climate and view of Kvarner Bay all attracted holiday-makers and travel writers as early as the mid-19th century when Rabac was just a small fishing village. Dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in Pula area.
Day 08 PULA departure
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Pula airport for departure flight.
